Frequently asked questions about pigmento.dot

Can Amazon Registry reserve or block some .PAY names for digital wallets?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Is pigmento.dot guaranteed if I'm the only pre-order?

Being the sole pre-order improves your odds for pigmento.dot, but the registry's launch rules and pigmento.dot's classification by Amazon Registry Services still govern allocation, so it's not guaranteed. A failed attempt is refundable per policy. Pre-order pigmento.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Would trust.pay work as a payment brand for BNPL checkout?

trust.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

What is included in the price of pigmento.dot?

The price of pigmento.dot covers the annual registration of the name in the .PAY zone for one year, at the $100 standard rate or the registry premium fee for pigmento.dot. Optional extras like VIP priority are added separately at checkout. See what is included for pigmento.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

What happens to my money if the .PAY registration attempt fails for loan repayments?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
