Frequently asked questions about perfit.dot

Where can I see already-registered .PAY domains for point-of-sale payments?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Can holding perfit.dot prevent affiliate or partner impersonation?

Owning perfit.dot ensures only NicNames controls the official perfit.dot payment address, so rogue affiliates or fake partners cannot pose as the genuine payment endpoint. Clear ownership makes unauthorized payment pages easier to flag. https://domain.pay/register

Can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL for BNPL checkout?

cloud.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Is the premium label for perfit.dot permanent?

No — premium is a registry classification from Amazon Registry Services that can be revised, so perfit.dot won't necessarily stay premium forever. Likewise a standard label could become premium. Because registry status can change, re-check perfit.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names for a remittance app?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
