Frequently asked questions about paparazzi.dot

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for point-of-sale payments?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For point-of-sale payments, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

Will paparazzi.dot be cheaper during a launch phase?

Launch phases can carry their own registry pricing from Amazon Registry Services, which may be higher or lower than standard for paparazzi.dot; we don't set those figures. The live quote reflects the current phase. Check paparazzi.dot's phase price at https://domain.pay/pricing.

As an insurance billing portal, can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL?

cloud.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Will paparazzi.dot help customers recognize a payment link?

A link ending in .PAY like paparazzi.dot signals payment context before a customer even clicks. That clarity can reduce hesitation compared with an unfamiliar or generic URL. Because Amazon Registry Services runs .PAY, the suffix carries a consistent, purpose-built meaning.

Are short .PAY names always available when choosing settle.pay?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
