Frequently asked questions about palmbeach.dot

What is TMCH and why does it matter for .PAY for crypto payments?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

Is a pre-order for palmbeach.dot refundable if someone else wins it?

Yes. If palmbeach.dot is allocated to another applicant and your pre-order for palmbeach.dot cannot be fulfilled, the fee is refundable per the stated policy. A pre-order reserves your place in line but does not guarantee the name. Place a pre-order for palmbeach.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

How much is the .PAY trademark fast-track if I need TMCH help for online checkout?

domain.pay lists the full trademark fast-track at $2,500 when you need end-to-end TMCH/SMD assistance, plus any premium registry retail fee. Confirm the details here: https://domain.pay/pricing. If you already have an SMD file, a lower submission-only path may apply.

Where do I pre-order once I've chosen over palmbeach.dot?

Once you've chosen a name over palmbeach.dot, you pre-order it on domain.pay's register page at the standard $100, with failed attempts refundable. The flow is the same whether you pick palmbeach.dot or a palmbeach.dot variant. Pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for point-of-sale payments?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
