Frequently asked questions about olym.dot

Can I reserve crypto.pay before broader registration opens when choosing crypto.pay?

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

What is an SMD file and why does olym.dot need it for sunrise?

An SMD (Signed Mark Data) file is the cryptographic proof of a TMCH-validated trademark required to register olym.dot during sunrise. Without it, the registry rejects sunrise applications. domain.pay uses your SMD to submit olym.dot, as explained at https://domain.pay/register.

Could I use .PAY for a wallet or payment app for digital wallets?

Yes. A wallet or payment app can use .PAY for a memorable payment-specific entry point. Check candidate labels through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If you own a matching trademark, consider the priority route; otherwise pre-order for broader access.

Why give olym.dot to a customer support team?

When support agents need to send a payment link, olym.dot gives them one trusted address to share over chat or phone. A short .PAY name is easy to spell aloud and reduces failed payments. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there VIP help for a large .PAY pre-order portfolio for payroll disbursements?

domain.pay says customers with pre-orders over $8,888 may qualify for VIP handling, dedicated support and more tailored failed-registration solutions. Review the current VIP language on the pricing page: https://domain.pay/pricing. Large portfolios should still expect availability and premium checks.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
