Frequently asked questions about novara.dot

Why might a .PAY pre-order fail even after I pay for a payroll platform?

A .PAY pre-order can fail if the name is registered earlier, classified as premium, reserved, blocked, refused by registry policy or lost to another faster submission. Search and order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains, and review its credit/cash-refund options.

Will I get a refund if my SMD claim on novara.dot cannot be completed?

If a charge is taken and your attempt to secure novara.dot cannot be completed, it is refundable per the published policy at NicNames. This protects you from paying for a name you do not ultimately receive. Trademark-priority claims still depend on a valid SMD being accepted. Review the refund policy at https://domain.pay/pricing.
