Frequently asked questions about normality.dot

Can a company that only plans future payments register .PAY during LRP1?

A business that only plans future payments should be careful: LRP1 is written around registrants that conduct online payment transactions using approved processing channels. If you cannot qualify, use domain.pay to pre-order for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register.

Why might normality.dot reduce friction at checkout?

When the address itself is normality.dot, customers immediately understand they are in a payment flow, removing a moment of doubt. A clean, on-brand URL for normality.dot also feels safer than an unfamiliar long link. Less hesitation can mean a smoother checkout.

Can I pay for a .PAY pre-order by card, wire or crypto for fraud prevention?

domain.pay supports common payment paths including card, wire and crypto-invoice options as listed on the site. Start with the pricing page and checkout flow here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Payment does not guarantee registration; it reserves the applicable service attempt.

Will NicNames store my SMD file after registering normality.dot?

NicNames uses your SMD file to validate and process your priority claim on normality.dot during registration. The SMD itself is tied to your TMCH record, which the Clearinghouse maintains independently. Handle your SMD securely since it represents your validated rights to normality.dot. Begin registration at https://domain.pay/register.

How do I know if subscriptions.pay is available?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
