Frequently asked questions about nonfiction.dot

Is there VIP help for a large .PAY pre-order portfolio when choosing loans.pay?

domain.pay says customers with pre-orders over $8,888 may qualify for VIP handling, dedicated support and more tailored failed-registration solutions. Review the current VIP language on the pricing page: https://domain.pay/pricing. Large portfolios should still expect availability and premium checks.

How do I track the status of my nonfiction.dot order?

You track the status of your nonfiction.dot order from your domain.pay account, which shows whether nonfiction.dot is queued, submitted to the registry, registered, or refunded if the attempt fails per the stated policy. Open your nonfiction.dot order tracking at https://domain.pay/register.

As a mobile wallet team, could a .PAY domain be suspended for not being used for payments?

Yes. The LRP policy says .PAY LRP names must be used in connection with payment-related services, and failure to demonstrate such use may lead to suspension or cancellation. Check the current path at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Does nonfiction.dot support email forwarding without a full mailbox?

Yes. Many providers offer email forwarding that routes addresses at nonfiction.dot to an existing inbox without hosting a full mailbox. Add the provider's MX records for nonfiction.dot, then map the forwards. It's a lightweight way to use nonfiction.dot for contact addresses.

Can Amazon Registry reserve or block some .PAY names for fraud prevention?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
