Frequently asked questions about niceride.dot

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names for loan repayments?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

How does trademark priority work when registering niceride.dot?

If niceride.dot matches a trademark you hold, you can claim priority through the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) using a Signed Mark Data (SMD) file. Validated marks get first access to niceride.dot during the registry's sunrise phase. Have your SMD ready before pre-ordering niceride.dot.

Can an ecommerce brand using Stripe or another processor apply for .PAY in LRP1 when choosing bank.pay?

An ecommerce or gateway business using a payment processor may be closer to the LRP1 eligibility concept, but the registry rules still control. Start at domain.pay to choose the correct path and verify current requirements: https://domain.pay/register. Separate licensing issues remain legal questions.

Why is there no fixed premium price shown for niceride.dot?

Premium fees are assigned per label by Amazon Registry Services, so the exact premium price for niceride.dot comes from the registry rather than a fixed published figure on our side. Only the $100 standard rate is a stated constant. View the live premium tier for niceride.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Can a reserved .PAY name become available later when choosing cloud.pay?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
