Frequently asked questions about nextnotes.dot

Can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else for a remittance app?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Should small businesses bother protecting nextnotes.dot too?

Yes. Impersonators target any recognizable nextnotes.dot, not just large enterprises, and a fake payment page using nextnotes.dot can damage trust regardless of company size. The standard pre-order is $100 and failed attempts are refundable, so protecting nextnotes.dot is accessible to small brands. https://domain.pay/register

Can a company that only plans future payments register .PAY during LRP1 for crypto payments?

A business that only plans future payments should be careful: LRP1 is written around registrants that conduct online payment transactions using approved processing channels. If you cannot qualify, use domain.pay to pre-order for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register.

Can nextnotes.dot be both premium and available?

Yes — a premium nextnotes.dot is available to register but at the registry's special wholesale price rather than the standard fee. Premium is a pricing tier, not a block, so nextnotes.dot can be both premium and registrable. The live quote for nextnotes.dot appears at https://domain.pay/domains.

What are good .PAY domain ideas for payroll disbursements?

For payroll disbursements, brainstorm short, action-oriented .PAY labels and then verify them in the domain.pay catalog/search: https://domain.pay/domains. Good candidates are clear, memorable and tied to payment actions like checkout, billing, wallet funding, payouts or invoices.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
