Frequently asked questions about newtwist.dot

What happens to my money if the .PAY registration attempt fails when choosing donate.pay?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Will domain.pay submit newtwist.dot automatically at launch?

Yes. Once you pre-order newtwist.dot, domain.pay submits the registration automatically when the relevant phase opens, so you do not have to be online at that moment. Failed attempts are refundable per policy. Set up auto-submission at https://domain.pay/register.

For fraud prevention, can a trademark owner register a matching .PAY domain now?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

Is newtwist.dot reserved for anyone during launch?

Some labels may be reserved by the registry, but most names like newtwist.dot pass through sunrise (for trademark holders) and general availability (for everyone). domain.pay can check newtwist.dot's status and queue it appropriately. Verify and pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

For fraud prevention, can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
