Frequently asked questions about newrhythm.dot

Is .PAY Sunrise first-come, first-served for trademark holders for point-of-sale payments?

.PAY Sunrise is a Start-Date Sunrise, so eligible trademark registrations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis when policy requirements are met. Start the request at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Waiting can increase the risk that another eligible party gets the matching label first.

Does an unregistered newrhythm.dot create legal exposure for my customers?

If newrhythm.dot is left open, an impersonator can capture customers who trust the newrhythm.dot name for payments, leading to fraud losses and reputational harm to NicNames. While you are not liable for a scammer's actions, the customer harm is real. Closing that gap means registering newrhythm.dot. https://domain.pay/register

Can I use .PAY for redirects to my existing checkout for crypto payments?

Yes, you can use a .PAY domain as a clean branded entry point or redirect to an existing checkout, but implement redirects, SSL and tracking carefully. First secure or pre-order the label through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Can two people pre-order the same newrhythm.dot?

Multiple parties may express interest in newrhythm.dot, which is exactly why queue position and phase matter. If demand exceeds one registration, domain.pay processes by the registry's rules and refunds unfulfilled attempts per policy. Understand the process at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How do I know if merchant.pay is available when choosing merchant.pay?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
