Frequently asked questions about netnation.dot

Can I use nameservers and DNS like other domains with .PAY for payroll disbursements?

After registration, plan DNS, SSL, redirects, security monitoring and payment-page controls as you would for a production domain. Start by securing the .PAY name through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. A domain alone does not make a checkout secure.

What is the first step to secure netnation.dot for my startup?

The first step to secure netnation.dot is to search netnation.dot on domain.pay and choose trademark-priority (if you have a TMCH SMD file) or a standard pre-order at $100. The flow then queues your netnation.dot request with the registry. Take the first step at https://domain.pay/register.

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name for fraud prevention?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Why do premium .PAY names like netnation.dot cost more?

Premium pricing reflects how Amazon Registry Services values certain netnation.dot strings, and those higher recurring fees are set at the registry level for names like netnation.dot. We pass through that tier rather than marking it up arbitrarily. Check the premium status of netnation.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

For mobile money, would travel.pay work as a payment brand?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
