Frequently asked questions about nbx.dot

Where can I pre-order a .PAY name for BNPL checkout?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Does nbx.dot suit a digital goods storefront?

Selling ebooks, presets, or templates works well on nbx.dot, where buyers pay on a clean, payment-native address. The clarity reduces second-guessing on instant-delivery purchases. Begin at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for online checkout?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Is there a priority window for trademark holders on nbx.dot?

Yes, that window is sunrise: a priority phase where TMCH-validated trademark owners can register nbx.dot before general availability. domain.pay offers trademark-priority registration for nbx.dot during this window. Learn more at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for digital wallets?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
