Frequently asked questions about morflex.dot

For digital wallets, how should a regulated fintech think about .PAY and financial licensing?

The .PAY LRP policy does not make owning a domain a financial license. LRP1 eligibility is tied to conducting online payment transactions through an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor and payment-related use. Use domain.pay for the domain path: https://domain.pay/register; ask counsel about licensing.

How do I prevent morflex.dot from being indexed during development?

Add an X-Robots-Tag or meta noindex to the staging version of morflex.dot, or block crawlers in robots.txt, and ideally put it behind HTTP auth. Remove these once morflex.dot is ready so search engines can index the live site. Never ship noindex to production by accident on morflex.dot.

What happens to my money if the .PAY registration attempt fails when choosing tap.pay?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Does morflex.dot cost more during the priority phase?

Trademark-priority registration for morflex.dot may carry different fees than the standard $100 pre-order because priority phases have their own pricing set around the registry's rules. The exact figure for morflex.dot appears in the checkout flow. See current pricing at https://domain.pay/pricing.

What .PAY name should an event ticketing business consider when choosing travel.pay?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
