Frequently asked questions about microba.dot

Can I use nameservers and DNS like other domains with .PAY for a mobile wallet team?

After registration, plan DNS, SSL, redirects, security monitoring and payment-page controls as you would for a production domain. Start by securing the .PAY name through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. A domain alone does not make a checkout secure.

What role can microba.dot play in an omnichannel strategy?

Across in-store signage, email, and social, microba.dot can be the one payment address that ties every channel together. Customers learn a single place to pay, which strengthens recall and trust. Reserve the anchor name at https://domain.pay/register.

Is .PAY Sunrise first-come, first-served for trademark holders for online checkout?

.PAY Sunrise is a Start-Date Sunrise, so eligible trademark registrations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis when policy requirements are met. Start the request at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Waiting can increase the risk that another eligible party gets the matching label first.

Is microba.dot worth pre-ordering if its status is uncertain?

Because a $100 pre-order is refundable per policy when it fails, queueing microba.dot carries limited downside even if microba.dot's status is uncertain, while waiting risks losing it. The registry's classification ultimately decides the outcome. Pre-order microba.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for fraud prevention?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
