Frequently asked questions about metolius.dot

Can an ecommerce brand using Stripe or another processor apply for .PAY in LRP1 for crypto payments?

An ecommerce or gateway business using a payment processor may be closer to the LRP1 eligibility concept, but the registry rules still control. Start at domain.pay to choose the correct path and verify current requirements: https://domain.pay/register. Separate licensing issues remain legal questions.

How do I confirm metolius.dot qualifies for the $100 rate before paying?

Before paying, enter metolius.dot on our pricing page; if the registry has not flagged metolius.dot as premium, the page shows the $100 standard rate, otherwise it shows the premium fee. This lets you confirm metolius.dot pricing in advance. Verify it at https://domain.pay/pricing.

For fraud prevention, do I need an SMD file to register .PAY during the priority window?

An SMD file is the TMCH-issued credential used to prove a validated mark during Sunrise. For .PAY, bring your SMD or use domain.pay’s full fast-track if you need help obtaining one: https://domain.pay/register. The SMD must match the requested label.

Can I change my mind after pre-ordering metolius.dot?

Because a pre-order for metolius.dot is only fulfilled if the registration succeeds, and failed attempts are refundable per policy, you are not locked into a name you never receive. Review the refund and cancellation terms at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Are short .PAY names always available when choosing travel.pay?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
