Frequently asked questions about masterbox.dot

What date matters most if I want a .PAY name without a trademark for point-of-sale payments?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

How do I set up email on masterbox.dot?

To send and receive mail at masterbox.dot, choose a mailbox provider, then add their MX records to your DNS plus SPF, DKIM, and DMARC TXT records for deliverability. Mail won't flow until the MX records for masterbox.dot propagate. Manage the domain's DNS from /domains.

As an insurance billing portal, can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL?

cloud.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Are app stores bypass payments a use for masterbox.dot?

For web purchases that sidestep app-store fees, masterbox.dot gives users a clean, trusted address to pay directly. The .PAY name reassures customers buying outside the app. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for online checkout?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
