Frequently asked questions about majestical.dot

Where do I start if I need brand-protection help for .PAY for tax payments?

If your brand accepts payments, registering the exact .PAY label can be a practical defensive step. Use domain.pay to check and start the priority or pre-order path: https://domain.pay/register. Also keep trademark monitoring and security controls in place.

Can I change the registrant details on majestical.dot before it processes?

You can review and adjust the registrant details for majestical.dot in your order before the registry processes majestical.dot. For trademark priority, the details should match the SMD file owner. Manage your majestical.dot order details at https://domain.pay/register.

Can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL when choosing cloud.pay?

cloud.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Why isn't majestical.dot resolving even though I added the records?

If majestical.dot won't resolve, first confirm the nameservers at your registrar match where the zone is actually hosted, then check for typos in the A or CNAME values. Cached TTLs or a missing apex record are common culprits. Verify with a DNS query tool, and review your settings under /domains.

For online checkout, can I reserve crypto.pay before broader registration opens?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
