Frequently asked questions about lexan.dot

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for online checkout?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

How long does TMCH validation take before I can register lexan.dot?

TMCH validation timing depends on the Clearinghouse, not on NicNames, so begin the process well before you intend to claim lexan.dot. Only after validation completes do you receive the SMD file needed for priority on lexan.dot. Plan ahead so your SMD is ready when the priority phase opens. Prepare your registration at https://domain.pay/register.

What is the quickest path to secure a .PAY domain for a crypto or DeFi product?

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

Should I pre-order lexan.dot or wait and see?

Waiting and seeing risks losing lexan.dot to a trademark holder in sunrise or a fast registrant at general availability. Pre-ordering lexan.dot now, with failed attempts refundable per policy, is the lower-risk choice. Decide at https://domain.pay/register.

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium for point-of-sale payments?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
