Frequently asked questions about leolabs.dot

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for bank.pay when choosing bank.pay?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Does my country's regulation affect leolabs.dot?

Your country's financial regulation can affect how you operate payment services on leolabs.dot, even though it does not change the .PAY registry's own eligibility framework. The two layers are separate. domain.pay handles registry-side eligibility; consult local counsel on regulation. Start at https://domain.pay/register.

What .PAY name should an event ticketing business consider when choosing travel.pay?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Can leolabs.dot be released from reserved during launch?

Some reserved labels are released as part of a launch phase, but only if Amazon Registry Services chooses to open leolabs.dot — there's no guarantee for leolabs.dot. Monitoring is the right move since registry status can change. Track leolabs.dot's status at https://domain.pay/domains.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for online checkout?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
