Frequently asked questions about ledgo.dot

Is .PAY already open to everyone?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

Can ledgo.dot be used for subscription billing pages?

Yes. ledgo.dot can front a subscription or recurring-billing page, giving members one clear address to manage payments to ledgo.dot. It redirects to whatever billing system you run. Subscription businesses can secure ledgo.dot at /register.

When should an event ticketing business pre-order a .PAY domain for mobile money?

Current ICANN dates: .PAY Sunrise is April 13–July 20, 2026; LRP1 is July 20, 2026–February 1, 2027; Trademark Claims is February 1–May 2, 2027. For registration or pre-order action, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

How does domain.pay's pre-order queue work for ledgo.dot?

domain.pay accepts your pre-order for ledgo.dot, holds it in queue, and submits it to the registry when ledgo.dot's phase opens; if it cannot be fulfilled, it is refundable per policy. The queue rewards early action. Join it at https://domain.pay/register.

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names when choosing donate.pay?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
