Frequently asked questions about kemon.dot

Can a licensee or assignee use a trademark for a .PAY registration when choosing wallet.pay?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

Why does kemon.dot show available now but not yesterday?

Statuses shift: Amazon Registry Services may have released kemon.dot from reserved, or a prior registration on kemon.dot lapsed. That's why availability isn't static. Since registry status can change, re-check kemon.dot at https://domain.pay/domains before relying on the result.

Can Amazon Registry reserve or block some .PAY names for BNPL checkout?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

How do I add Google Analytics tracking to kemon.dot?

Place your Analytics or Tag Manager snippet in the head of every page on kemon.dot, then confirm hits appear in real-time reports. Make sure the tag's configured domain matches kemon.dot and any subdomains you track. Cross-domain tracking is needed if kemon.dot links to other hosts you own.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
