Frequently asked questions about kax.dot

What happens to my money if the .PAY registration attempt fails for crypto payments?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Can I pre-order kax.dot and a backup name together?

Yes. You can pre-order kax.dot alongside a backup .PAY name in case kax.dot is allocated to someone else, improving your odds of securing at least one. Browse alternatives near kax.dot at https://domain.pay/domains, then pre-order both at https://domain.pay/register.

Why are payment brands talking about .PAY as a startup for crypto payments?

For crypto payments, .PAY can be a strong payment-specific brand signal. It does not replace compliance, security or a trusted checkout flow, but it can make the URL purpose obvious. Start with an availability check on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/.

When can I actually use kax.dot after a successful pre-order?

Once your pre-order for kax.dot is fulfilled and the registration completes, you can immediately configure nameservers and DNS for kax.dot and bring a site online. Activation timing depends on the registry's launch schedule for the .PAY phase. You'll be notified when kax.dot is yours to configure.

Can a reserved .PAY name become available later when choosing subscriptions.pay?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
