Frequently asked questions about kaspien.dot

What should I do first if I want a .PAY domain for online checkout?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

Does kaspien.dot replace my payment processor?

No. kaspien.dot is an address, not a payment processor; it points customers to whatever gateway you use, such as Stripe or PayPal. kaspien.dot handles branding and discovery while the processor handles the money. You can register kaspien.dot and keep your current provider via /register.

What disputes can affect a .PAY Sunrise name for cross-border payments?

.PAY Sunrise registrations can be subject to Sunrise dispute procedures if the registration or denial violates the Sunrise criteria. Start by checking your own label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register, and coordinate with trademark counsel for formal dispute strategy.

Is trademark-priority registration available for kaspien.dot now?

Trademark-priority registration for kaspien.dot is available while the registry's priority window for .PAY is open and you hold a TMCH SMD file matching kaspien.dot. The domain.pay flow shows whether priority is currently active for kaspien.dot. Check and start at https://domain.pay/register.

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for bank.pay when choosing bank.pay?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
