Frequently asked questions about karmin.dot

Can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL for loan repayments?

subscriptions.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Can I register karmin.dot before general availability?

Yes, you can position for karmin.dot before general availability using a first-day pre-order, or via trademark-priority registration if you hold a registered mark and TMCH SMD file. This helps you claim karmin.dot early. domain.pay supports both at https://domain.pay/register.

Can Amazon Registry reserve or block some .PAY names?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Can I reserve karmin.dot before general availability?

You cannot lock karmin.dot permanently before its phase, but you can pre-order it now so domain.pay submits your registration the moment general availability begins. This puts you ahead of anyone who waits until launch day to start. Place your pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names for a checkout product manager?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
