Frequently asked questions about kakapo.dot

For fraud prevention, who qualifies for a .PAY domain in the Limited Registration Period?

During LRP1, .PAY eligibility is limited to registrants that conduct payment transactions online using an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor, with payment-related use. For registration help, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Separate financial licensing depends on your activity and jurisdiction.

Should I choose VIP handling for kakapo.dot?

VIP handling is worth choosing for kakapo.dot when timing matters and you want your request prioritized in our queue at the drop. It improves submission speed but cannot guarantee the registry allocates kakapo.dot to you. Compare options at https://domain.pay/pricing.

For payroll disbursements, can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Can I claim kakapo.dot and a hyphenated variant with the same SMD?

An SMD supports priority where the registered domain's label matches your validated mark, so kakapo.dot qualifies if its kakapo.dot string matches; a hyphenated or altered variant may not. Different strings can require different qualifying marks. Confirm the match for kakapo.dot before ordering at https://domain.pay/domains.

Does .PAY automatically improve SEO rankings?

.PAY is a branding and relevance signal, not an automatic SEO ranking boost. Use it when it improves payment-page clarity and user trust, then follow normal SEO practices. Start by securing or pre-ordering the domain at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
