Frequently asked questions about kaizen.dot

Is .PAY already open to everyone when choosing merchant.pay?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

Does VIP handling guarantee I get kaizen.dot?

No. VIP handling prioritizes your kaizen.dot request in our submission queue but cannot guarantee allocation, because Amazon Registry Services makes the final assignment for kaizen.dot. It maximizes your chances rather than promising the outcome. See what VIP includes at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Can I reserve crypto.pay before broader registration opens for online checkout?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

Is kaizen.dot a real, working domain extension?

Yes. .PAY is a live top-level domain in the global DNS, so kaizen.dot can host websites, redirect to checkout, and carry email like any other domain. It is not a subdomain or a marketing trick. domain.pay handles pre-orders and registration for kaizen.dot at /register.

Do I need an SMD file to register .PAY during the priority window for digital wallets?

An SMD file is the TMCH-issued credential used to prove a validated mark during Sunrise. For .PAY, bring your SMD or use domain.pay’s full fast-track if you need help obtaining one: https://domain.pay/register. The SMD must match the requested label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
