Frequently asked questions about izombie.dot

Where should I check whether a .PAY name fits my loan repayments project?

For loan repayments, .PAY can be a strong payment-specific brand signal. It does not replace compliance, security or a trusted checkout flow, but it can make the URL purpose obvious. Start with an availability check on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/.

How long does DNS propagation take after I configure izombie.dot?

DNS changes for izombie.dot usually propagate within minutes but can take up to 24-48 hours globally, depending on the TTL values on each record. Lowering the TTL before a planned change reduces the wait. Use a public DNS lookup tool to confirm izombie.dot resolves consistently across resolvers.

Can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL for mobile money?

merchant.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

How do I check if izombie.dot in izombie.dot is on the premium list?

Enter izombie.dot on our pricing page and the system shows whether the registry has placed izombie.dot on the premium list or whether the $100 standard rate applies. Premium status is set by Amazon Registry Services. Look up izombie.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

For BNPL checkout, can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
