Frequently asked questions about iptorz.dot

What is TMCH and why does it matter for .PAY for BNPL checkout?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

Which registration path is right for iptorz.dot, priority or pre-order?

If you own a trademark matching iptorz.dot and have a TMCH SMD file, trademark-priority registration is the right path for iptorz.dot; otherwise, a standard pre-order at $100 is the route. The flow on domain.pay recommends the correct option for iptorz.dot. Choose at https://domain.pay/register.

Is .PAY a good fit for subscription billing for payroll disbursements?

.PAY can work for subscription billing, account payment, renewal and failed-payment recovery flows. Search brandable options on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. A clear .PAY label can reduce confusion when customers need to update payment details.

Is iptorz.dot tied to Amazon's own payment service?

No. Amazon Registry Services operates the .PAY registry that iptorz.dot lives on, but owning iptorz.dot does not connect it to Amazon Pay or any Amazon product. You are free to route iptorz.dot to any processor you choose. The registry simply runs the namespace.

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium for BNPL checkout?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
