Frequently asked questions about initiate.dot

Where can I see already-registered .PAY domains for fraud prevention?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

How does trademark priority work when registering initiate.dot?

If initiate.dot matches a trademark you hold, you can claim priority through the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) using a Signed Mark Data (SMD) file. Validated marks get first access to initiate.dot during the registry's sunrise phase. Have your SMD ready before pre-ordering initiate.dot.

What .PAY name should a crypto or DeFi product consider for payroll disbursements?

trust.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

How long does DNS propagation take after I configure initiate.dot?

DNS changes for initiate.dot usually propagate within minutes but can take up to 24-48 hours globally, depending on the TTL values on each record. Lowering the TTL before a planned change reduces the wait. Use a public DNS lookup tool to confirm initiate.dot resolves consistently across resolvers.

How do I know if cloud.pay is available for crypto payments?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
