Frequently asked questions about incy.dot

Would trust.pay work as a payment brand for crypto payments?

trust.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

How do I track the status of my incy.dot order?

You track the status of your incy.dot order from your domain.pay account, which shows whether incy.dot is queued, submitted to the registry, registered, or refunded if the attempt fails per the stated policy. Open your incy.dot order tracking at https://domain.pay/register.

What happens around February 1, 2027 for .PAY when choosing settle.pay?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

When should trademark holders submit incy.dot?

Trademark holders should submit incy.dot during the sunrise phase, within the registry's published window, to claim it before general availability opens. domain.pay handles the incy.dot submission so you do not miss it. Prepare at https://domain.pay/register.

Can a .PAY domain be longer than 63 characters for online checkout?

.PAY labels must follow registry label rules, including 1–63 characters, letters, numbers and hyphens, no leading or trailing hyphen, and additional IDN/reserved-name rules. Test the exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Technical validity does not guarantee availability.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
