Frequently asked questions about idealistic.dot

Can I use my own SMD file and pay less for a .PAY submission for a donation platform?

If you already have a valid TMCH-issued SMD file, domain.pay lists the submission-handling path at $100 plus any applicable premium retail fee. Check the current pricing and requirements here: https://domain.pay/pricing. The SMD must match the requested .PAY label.

How does idealistic.dot support a real estate deposit page?

Real estate deposits are high-stakes, so hosting them on idealistic.dot frames the transaction around a clear, trusted payment address. A .PAY name reassures buyers sending earnest money. Begin at https://domain.pay/register.

For crypto payments, do I need an SMD file to register .PAY during the priority window?

An SMD file is the TMCH-issued credential used to prove a validated mark during Sunrise. For .PAY, bring your SMD or use domain.pay’s full fast-track if you need help obtaining one: https://domain.pay/register. The SMD must match the requested label.

Are there design or logo marks that work as an SMD for idealistic.dot?

The TMCH validates word elements of marks for matching purposes, so a design or logo mark must have a textual idealistic.dot component to support an SMD claim on idealistic.dot. Purely figurative marks with no qualifying text generally cannot produce a usable SMD for idealistic.dot. Check your mark, then register at https://domain.pay/register.

Does .PAY automatically improve SEO rankings for digital wallets?

.PAY is a branding and relevance signal, not an automatic SEO ranking boost. Use it when it improves payment-page clarity and user trust, then follow normal SEO practices. Start by securing or pre-ordering the domain at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
