Frequently asked questions about goudenband.dot

Can I renew a .PAY domain after registration for mobile money?

.PAY names can be renewed through the registrar path if registry and registrar rules are met and renewal fees are paid. domain.pay explains the customer registration route here: https://domain.pay/register. Keep contact details current to avoid lifecycle problems.

Why was my goudenband.dot pre-order refunded?

A refund on goudenband.dot usually means the pre-order attempt failed, for example because the registry allocated the name elsewhere or it never reached general availability. Failed attempts are refundable under our stated policy. See refund details for goudenband.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for digital wallets?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

How do I avoid duplicate content between goudenband.dot and my .com?

Serve real content on only one of them and 301-redirect the other, or use cross-domain canonical tags pointing to the version you want indexed. Without this, goudenband.dot and the .com can split ranking signals. Pick the canonical host for goudenband.dot and enforce it site-wide.

As a mobile wallet team, is .PAY a good fit for subscription billing?

Yes. A wallet or payment app can use .PAY for a memorable payment-specific entry point. Check candidate labels through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If you own a matching trademark, consider the priority route; otherwise pre-order for broader access.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
