Frequently asked questions about genres.dot

As a travel booking brand, can I browse alternative .PAY names if my first choice is taken?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Is genres.dot blocked by the registry?

A blocked label is one Amazon Registry Services has placed entirely off-limits, so genres.dot can't be registered while that block stands. Blocks differ from reservations and may be lifted under future policy, so registry status can change — re-check genres.dot. Run a live lookup at https://domain.pay/domains.

Can a reserved .PAY name become available later for digital wallets?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

How do I transfer genres.dot to another registrar later?

To transfer genres.dot out, unlock it, obtain the authorization (EPP) code, and submit a transfer request at the gaining registrar. genres.dot must usually be at least 60 days old and not recently transferred. The new registrar walks you through approving the move of genres.dot.

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for bank.pay for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
