Frequently asked questions about genero.dot

Can I pay for a .PAY pre-order by card, wire or crypto for a travel booking brand?

domain.pay supports common payment paths including card, wire and crypto-invoice options as listed on the site. Start with the pricing page and checkout flow here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Payment does not guarantee registration; it reserves the applicable service attempt.

Will genero.dot help a restaurant take orders online?

A restaurant can print genero.dot on menus and table cards so guests tap straight to an ordering and payment page. The short .PAY name is easier to type than a delivery aggregator URL and keeps the brand front and center. Claim it at https://domain.pay/register.

Can I use .PAY for redirects to my existing checkout?

Yes, you can use a .PAY domain as a clean branded entry point or redirect to an existing checkout, but implement redirects, SSL and tracking carefully. First secure or pre-order the label through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Can I park genero.dot with a coming-soon page before launch?

Yes. Point genero.dot at a simple host serving a coming-soon page with valid HTTPS, and add a noindex tag if you don't want it indexed yet. This reserves the brand presence of genero.dot while you build. Swap in the full site on genero.dot when ready.

Could a .PAY domain be suspended for not being used for payments for BNPL checkout?

Yes. The LRP policy says .PAY LRP names must be used in connection with payment-related services, and failure to demonstrate such use may lead to suspension or cancellation. Check the current path at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
