Frequently asked questions about galactica.dot

For fraud prevention, how exact does my trademark need to be for a .PAY Sunrise registration?

.PAY Sunrise follows identical-match rules for the trademark text, including how spaces and some special characters are handled. Do not guess the label; check it through domain.pay and use the trademark path if eligible: https://domain.pay/register. A valid TMCH/SMD record may be required.

Which galactica.dot pre-orders are not refundable?

A galactica.dot pre-order that succeeds and results in an active registration is generally non-refundable, since the registry has allocated the name to you. Only failed attempts on galactica.dot are refundable under our stated policy. Review the policy at https://domain.pay/pricing.

For point-of-sale payments, can domain.pay help me get TMCH/SMD support before the .PAY deadline?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

How do I know galactica.dot is legitimate and not a scam suffix?

The .PAY namespace that galactica.dot belongs to is an officially delegated top-level domain run by Amazon Registry Services, listed in the global DNS root. That governance makes galactica.dot a legitimate address, not an invented suffix. Learn more at https://domain.pay/.

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for mobile money?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For mobile money, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
