Frequently asked questions about frontiera.dot

How do I know if cloud.pay is available when choosing cloud.pay?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

What is a TMCH SMD file and where do I get one for frontiera.dot?

A TMCH SMD file is a Signed Mark Data file issued by the Trademark Clearinghouse confirming you own a mark matching frontiera.dot; it is required for trademark-priority on frontiera.dot. You obtain it by validating your trademark with the Clearinghouse. Then start frontiera.dot priority at https://domain.pay/register.

What does 'approved Payment Service Provider' mean for .PAY eligibility for crypto payments?

During LRP1, .PAY eligibility is limited to registrants that conduct payment transactions online using an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor, with payment-related use. For registration help, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Separate financial licensing depends on your activity and jurisdiction.

Which file format does NicNames accept for trademark priority on frontiera.dot?

NicNames accepts the standard .smd (Signed Mark Data) file issued by the Trademark Clearinghouse for trademark priority on frontiera.dot. The file is a signed, encoded representation of your validated frontiera.dot mark. Other documents cannot substitute for the SMD. Upload it during registration at https://domain.pay/register.

What happens to my money if the .PAY registration attempt fails when choosing donate.pay?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
