Frequently asked questions about footballmanager.dot

How should a regulated fintech think about .PAY and financial licensing for crypto payments?

The .PAY LRP policy does not make owning a domain a financial license. LRP1 eligibility is tied to conducting online payment transactions through an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor and payment-related use. Use domain.pay for the domain path: https://domain.pay/register; ask counsel about licensing.

How does the trademark-priority window for footballmanager.dot work?

During the trademark-priority window, holders of the footballmanager.dot trademark can register footballmanager.dot ahead of the general public by submitting a TMCH SMD file. This protects brands from losing their name. domain.pay handles the SMD path for footballmanager.dot at /register.

As an insurance billing portal, could a .PAY domain be suspended for not being used for payments?

Yes. The LRP policy says .PAY LRP names must be used in connection with payment-related services, and failure to demonstrate such use may lead to suspension or cancellation. Check the current path at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Can footballmanager.dot availability differ by registrar?

No — footballmanager.dot's core status is set by Amazon Registry Services, so it's the same across registrars; what differs is the experience and tools, like domain.pay's first-day pre-order and trademark-priority support. Check footballmanager.dot's registry status at https://domain.pay/domains.

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for bank.pay for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
