Frequently asked questions about fairtex.dot

Can Amazon Registry reserve or block some .PAY names for BNPL checkout?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Will fairtex.dot work for a community sports league?

A local league can collect registration and team fees on fairtex.dot, giving families one trusted address to pay. The .PAY name on a signup flyer is easy to type and remember. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Can I use my own SMD file and pay less for a .PAY submission for online checkout?

If you already have a valid TMCH-issued SMD file, domain.pay lists the submission-handling path at $100 plus any applicable premium retail fee. Check the current pricing and requirements here: https://domain.pay/pricing. The SMD must match the requested .PAY label.

How do I keep email and web on fairtex.dot pointed at different providers?

DNS lets you split services: MX records on fairtex.dot route mail to your mailbox host while A/CNAME records send web traffic to a separate web host. They operate independently, so fairtex.dot can use one vendor for email and another for the site. Just keep each record set correct.

Can a reserved .PAY name become available later when choosing merchant.pay?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
