Frequently asked questions about expunge.dot

How do I know if subscriptions.pay is available for fraud prevention?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

What should I prepare before applying for expunge.dot?

Before applying for expunge.dot, prepare accurate registrant contact details, a clear description of your payment-related use, and, if you hold a registered mark, your TMCH SMD file for trademark priority. domain.pay walks you through the checklist; start at https://domain.pay/register.

As a crypto or DeFi product, how exact does my trademark need to be for a .PAY Sunrise registration?

.PAY Sunrise follows identical-match rules for the trademark text, including how spaces and some special characters are handled. Do not guess the label; check it through domain.pay and use the trademark path if eligible: https://domain.pay/register. A valid TMCH/SMD record may be required.

Can I get expunge.dot at the standard rate if it looks generic?

A generic-looking name does not guarantee the standard rate; the registry independently decides whether expunge.dot is premium. So expunge.dot could still carry a higher fee than $100 despite appearing ordinary. Check the actual tier for expunge.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How do I know if merchant.pay is available for a donation platform?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
