Frequently asked questions about enrol.dot

As a mobile wallet team, can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL?

Yes. A wallet or payment app can use .PAY for a memorable payment-specific entry point. Check candidate labels through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If you own a matching trademark, consider the priority route; otherwise pre-order for broader access.

Where do the eligibility rules for enrol.dot come from?

The eligibility and validation rules affecting enrol.dot are set by the .PAY registry, which is operated by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay applies these registry policies when handling your registration. You can review how to start and what's expected at https://domain.pay/register.

For online checkout, how exact does my trademark need to be for a .PAY Sunrise registration?

.PAY Sunrise follows identical-match rules for the trademark text, including how spaces and some special characters are handled. Do not guess the label; check it through domain.pay and use the trademark path if eligible: https://domain.pay/register. A valid TMCH/SMD record may be required.

Is enrol.dot cheaper if I skip VIP handling?

Yes, skipping VIP priority handling lowers your total for enrol.dot to just the registration rate, $100 standard or the premium enrol.dot fee, plus taxes. You trade queue speed for the lower outlay on enrol.dot. Compare both totals at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How do I know if cloud.pay is available?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
