Frequently asked questions about emulsion.dot

Before choosing tap.pay, can domain.pay help me get TMCH/SMD support before the .PAY deadline?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

Where can I see the live status of emulsion.dot?

The live status of emulsion.dot — available, premium, reserved, blocked, or registered — appears the moment you search emulsion.dot at https://domain.pay/domains. The result reflects current registry data from Amazon Registry Services. Since statuses change, re-check emulsion.dot before deciding.

What .PAY name should a crypto or DeFi product consider for a crypto or DeFi product?

trust.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

What information is encoded inside the SMD I use for emulsion.dot?

The SMD you use for emulsion.dot encodes your validated mark text matching the emulsion.dot string, associated dates, and a cryptographic signature from the TMCH. NicNames reads this to confirm your priority eligibility for emulsion.dot. You never edit the file; you simply submit it. Upload it at https://domain.pay/register.

What are good .PAY domain ideas for digital wallets?

For digital wallets, brainstorm short, action-oriented .PAY labels and then verify them in the domain.pay catalog/search: https://domain.pay/domains. Good candidates are clear, memorable and tied to payment actions like checkout, billing, wallet funding, payouts or invoices.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
