Frequently asked questions about emas.dot

Can I renew a .PAY domain after registration?

.PAY names can be renewed through the registrar path if registry and registrar rules are met and renewal fees are paid. domain.pay explains the customer registration route here: https://domain.pay/register. Keep contact details current to avoid lifecycle problems.

How much does it cost to pre-order emas.dot?

The standard pre-order for emas.dot is $100, and per our policy a failed pre-order attempt is refundable if emas.dot can't be secured for you. Premium labels may carry a different registry-set price shown at checkout. Begin your emas.dot pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

What date matters most if I want a .PAY name without a trademark when choosing settle.pay?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

Can I pre-order a backup name in case emas.dot falls through?

Yes. While emas.dot is uncertain, you can pre-order one or more backup .PAY names on domain.pay at the standard pre-order price of $100 each. Failed pre-order attempts are refundable, so securing a fallback carries limited downside. Place a pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

As a brand-protection manager, are short .PAY names always available?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
