Frequently asked questions about elected.dot

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for link.pay for an insurance billing portal?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Should I pay for VIP if elected.dot has low competition?

If elected.dot appears to have little contention, VIP priority handling is optional and mainly useful when timing is tight at the drop. You can still secure elected.dot at the $100 standard or premium elected.dot rate without it. Weigh the options at https://domain.pay/pricing.

As a fintech founder, when is the .PAY Sunrise period?

ICANN currently lists .PAY Sunrise from April 13, 2026 to July 20, 2026. domain.pay says trademark owners needing TMCH support should apply by July 10, 2026 and notes a final July 20, 2026 13:00 UTC deadline. Start here: https://domain.pay/register.

Can I get a refund if elected.dot is unavailable?

If your first-day attempt to secure elected.dot does not succeed because the name is unavailable or contested, the pre-order is refundable per domain.pay's policy. This reduces your risk on competitive names. Review refund terms at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name for mobile money?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
