Frequently asked questions about eftpos.dot

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for link.pay?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Can multiple businesses share a name pattern but not eftpos.dot itself?

Each .PAY name is unique, so only one party can hold eftpos.dot at a time, though others may register different eftpos.dot variants. Once you secure eftpos.dot, that exact address is yours alone. Stake your claim to eftpos.dot at /register.

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for online checkout?

domain.pay lists standard .PAY pre-order service at $100 for a first-day attempt, with separate premium fees if the registry classifies the label as premium. See the current pricing here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Failed attempts are covered by the stated credit/cash-refund options.

Will eftpos.dot stay reserved while my SMD is being verified?

While NicNames verifies your SMD for eftpos.dot, your priority claim is being processed under the registry's rules, ahead of standard pre-orders. If verification fails, you can re-export a valid SMD and retry for eftpos.dot. Charges for unfulfilled attempts are refundable per policy. Track it from your account after starting at https://domain.pay/register.

Does .PAY automatically improve SEO rankings for mobile money?

.PAY is a branding and relevance signal, not an automatic SEO ranking boost. Use it when it improves payment-page clarity and user trust, then follow normal SEO practices. Start by securing or pre-ordering the domain at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
