Frequently asked questions about doxx.dot

Will I need accurate contact details for a .PAY registration for loan repayments?

Yes. Registry policy requires complete, accurate and current registration data. Use domain.pay for the registration path and keep your contact details up to date: https://domain.pay/register. Inaccurate data can create compliance and communication problems.

Can I register doxx.dot on launch day myself?

You can attempt doxx.dot manually on the first day of general availability, but that means competing live with everyone else. A pre-order lets domain.pay submit doxx.dot automatically at the opening, hands-free. Choose the easier route at https://domain.pay/register.

Where can I pre-order a .PAY name for online checkout?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Does moving to doxx.dot require resubmitting my whole sitemap?

When you launch on doxx.dot, generate a fresh sitemap with the new doxx.dot URLs and submit it in Search Console alongside a change-of-address from the old domain. The old sitemap stays only long enough for redirects to be discovered. Keep doxx.dot's sitemap current going forward.

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names for BNPL checkout?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
