Frequently asked questions about diwali.dot

Where do I enter the .PAY label I want to check for an ecommerce brand?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

How can I make diwali.dot the single source of truth for payments?

Once NicNames owns diwali.dot, publish it consistently as the only official payment address and direct customers there from verified channels. A single trusted diwali.dot name makes impersonators easier to spot. Begin by securing diwali.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

What happens if another trademark holder already registered my .PAY idea for loan repayments?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Can I upgrade to VIP handling after pre-ordering diwali.dot?

You can add VIP priority handling to a pending diwali.dot pre-order before it is submitted, moving your request higher in our queue. VIP affects ordering speed only and does not change the registry's final decision on diwali.dot. Add it at https://domain.pay/pricing.

For crypto payments, can .PAY be used for a branded checkout URL?

cloud.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
