Frequently asked questions about diabetic.dot

What should I do first if I want a .PAY domain for point-of-sale payments for a travel booking brand?

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

Can diabetic.dot help with a QR-code payment flow?

Yes. A short address like diabetic.dot encodes into a compact QR code that customers scan to reach your payment page for diabetic.dot. Less data means a cleaner, easier-to-scan code. diabetic.dot is a natural fit for in-person or printed payment prompts.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for payroll disbursements?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Does diabetic.dot require a separate account to upload my SMD?

You complete the SMD upload for diabetic.dot within the NicNames registration flow, which guides you through providing the file and your details. The trademark-priority step for diabetic.dot happens in that same flow rather than a separate portal. Begin and upload your SMD at https://domain.pay/register.

Are short .PAY names always available?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
