Frequently asked questions about dck.dot

Does .PAY have anti-abuse rules for a retail brand?

Amazon Registry policies include abuse-prevention rules for .PAY, and registrants remain subject to applicable domain dispute and abuse procedures. For legitimate registration or pre-order, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Pair the domain with monitoring, SSL and clear customer messaging.

What makes dck.dot different from a .com?

Unlike an open TLD, dck.dot sits in the .PAY namespace operated by Amazon Registry Services, which may apply eligibility and validation expectations around payment-related use. This positions dck.dot for financial branding. domain.pay can register it for you at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for BNPL checkout?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

What is the EPP authorization code for dck.dot?

The EPP (auth) code is a registrar-issued password that authorizes transferring dck.dot between registrars. Keep it secret, since anyone with it could initiate a move of dck.dot. You can retrieve or reset the auth code for dck.dot from your domain settings.

What does the .PAY ending signal to customers using crypto payments?

.PAY signals that the destination is connected to payment action, such as crypto payments. That can support clarity and trust when paired with strong security and branding. Check or pre-order the name at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
